“I started training with Ty a few months before my wedding, to try and tone up for the big day. I've now been working with her for over 3 years and it's been wonderful. Ty always has interesting new exercises planned for me (no boring routines), and she knows just how far to push me, to do more reps or heavier weight than I would have tried on my own but that she knows I can handle.

Ty is also always paying attention to proper form and helps me make corrections when needed so that I avoid any injuries. She's been able to modify anything we've done to deal with my chronic wrist problems, and in general has an impressive ability to help with aches and pains by recommending just the right stretches.

Ty also goes above and beyond. Last year she helped a group of clients train for a trail run, and this year she organized a fitness competition, all on her own time. She keeps everything fun and interesting. Workouts with Ty are always effective - she helps me move quickly between exercises so that even in a short time we get so done. I highly recommend her!”
